Yes. PricePoint's built in flexibility allows any business, whether they do Commercial, Residential, Remodeling, Service, Time & Material or Flat Rate, to produce Estimates, proposals and invoicing for any type of business need.

PricePoint comes with a built in sample Flat Rate book that is meant to be a set of examples that illustrate how a flat rate system can be created by the contractor. Our approach in PricePoint is to give the contractor a system that blends the benefits of Flat Rate systems, Time and Material, and Service work. Our customer typically does a mix of tasks ranging from simple drain cleanings and fixtures replacements that are easily flat rated to specialized remodeling and replacement work that may require time and material pricing. There are many companies that offer excellent Flat Rate Systems and if you are only doing Flat Rate work, those systems are highly specialized and may suit your needs much better.
