PleasePickUp! - FAQ

Email not sending?

Ensure your tablet is connected to Wi-Fi and that you have a default email account (like Gmail or Samsung Mail) signed in and active in your tablet's mail app.


List looks messy in the email?

PleasePickUp! is optimized for standard HTML email. If the list looks unformatted, check your email app settings to ensure it is not set to "Plain Text Only."


I’m using Gmail to send my list and I’m having trouble?

* Note for Gmail App

Gmail currently does not support inserting the grocery checklist without some special steps. Samsung mail is the most convenient although you may have your own reasons for choosing Gmail so if that is your choice please see specific instructions.


Items missing from the email?


The "Send" function only includes items you have actively selected (checked). If you want to send your entire master list, make sure all items are checked before hitting Send.

Tablet running slow?


Just like our PricePoint software, PleasePickUp! works best when your device has the latest updates. Occasionally restart your tablet to keep the "Aisle-Logic" engine running smoothly.
